Our ultimate aim is to give our customers full satisfaction from our products. However in any event that a faulty product(s) is(are) delivered to you, we will gladly offer you a refund.
To refund a product(s):
1. Immediately contact us by email at

- Your name
- Description of faulty product(s)
- Include a photo of the faulty product(s)
2. Once we have acknowledged that the product is eligible for refund, kindly return the product via post as soon as possible. We will only accept a refund if only the product reaches us within 5 days from when you received it.
3. The products returned
MUST be in their original form which means that it must be
UNWORN and
UNWASHED. Packagings must be included as well. Please ensure that the products are returned properly to avoid any damages. Products will be inspected upon return.
4. Proof of purchase/ receipt must also be included together with the returned product.
5. Cost for shipping the products are the customers responsibility.
6. Please allow 1-5 days for us to process your refund.
7. Full refund will be made for the products' value only, not inclusive of the postage fee. Your refund will be in the form of bank transfer.
8. However customers can also request to replace the product with another product of the same value of the total damaged product received.
Change of mind
We do not accept any refunds for change of mind.
Color resolution / pattern
We have made every effort to display our products' color and pattern as accurately as possible on our blogshop. However, we could not guarantee that the color displayed by your monitor or screen will be accurate. The patterns displayed may also differ from the actual product as the angle may be different. We do not accept any refunds due to this matter.
